“That was no good. That was no good at all,” Alec Baldwin’s victim said moments after the 63-year-old actor fatally shot her with the prop gun. Halyna Hutchins was only forty-two years old and a married mother at the time of her untimely death. She succumbed to her injuries while on the set of the indie film Rust, a western, which was being shot on location in the American southwest.

Baldwin was handed a prop Colt .45 revolver that was supposed to be loaded with blanks. However, it was loaded with live ammunition. Hutchins was fatally shot by the actor by accident. Her final moments occurred while on the set of the indie movie.

“What the f**k just happened?” Baldwin reportedly asked crew members after the prop gun went off. After Hutchins was shot by the prop gun, she stumbled back into the arms of the electrician, Serge Svetnoy. Director Joel Souza was also grazed with a bullet that was fired from Baldwin’s prop gun.

Baldwin had no clue that the gun was loaded with live ammunition. He was preparing to film a scene where he would draw the firearm and use it.

“So,” Baldwin told director Souza before firing the shot, “I guess I’m gonna take this out, pull it, and go, ‘Bang!’”

Baldwin had been assured the gun was safe. It was tested by the film’s first assistant director, David Halls, whose team assured Baldwin the gun was “cold” and would not be able to harm anyone. Unfortunately, the gun was loaded. Hutchins was shot in the chest. The bullet passed through her body and struck Souza behind her.

“What the f*** was that? That burns!” the director screamed as the set was thrust into confusion.

“What the f**k just happened?” the actor repeated again.

“Medic!” someone screamed, The Times Reported. People gathered around the injured Hutchins, who was bleeding from the open wound in her chest.

“I can’t feel my legs,” the cinematographer told Svetnoy (above), who was caring for her in the moments after the fatal shot.

At that point, Hutchins looked up at one of the other movie staffers who was trying to help it. It was a boom operator. The sound worker said, “‘Oh, that was no good.”

Hutchins replied, “No. That was no good. That was no good at all.”

Hutchins died from her wounds only a few hours later.

Daily Mail obtained a photo of Hutchins’s wedding day from sixteen years ago. The mother of one was a beloved parent and wife and will be sorely missed by her family and friends. The wedding photo features the Ukraine-born bride in a flowing white wedding dress. She is sitting in the lap of her husband, Matt Hutchins, and is surrounded by parents Olga and Anatoly Androsovych.

A previous statement from Rust Movie Productions said, “The safety of our cast and crew is the top priority of Rust Productions and everyone associated with the company.”

Alec Baldwin is currently facing a criminal investigation for his involvement in the fatal shooting.
